James Beeler joined Rowan Court in 2007 as an administrator with over 25 years of health care experience. Jim has a Master's degree from the School of Health Administration and Policy at Arizona State University, and a B.A. in English Literature from Eisenhower College of R.I.T. He has worked as a hospital administrator, a skilled nursing administrator, and an assisted living administrator. As Rowan Court administrator, Jim oversees the management of the center's short-term rehabilitation and long-term programs. His responsibilities include regulatory compliance, operations and marketing and meeting budgetary goals. Jim is also a sought-after speaker regarding pertinent senior topics. One of Jim's primary goals is to enhance customer service in the facility.
Debi is the Admissions and Marketing Director at Rowan Court. She is typically the first staff person to have contact with residents and families when they arrive at Rowan Court. She begins the initial planning of long or short term care at Rowan. Debi began her career at Rowan court in 1987 as the Children’s Center Director and later, Activities Director. Debi attended Vermont college and community college of Vermont and has education in human services, early childhood education and psychology.
Kathy is our Director of Nursing. She is responsible for direct patient care and supervision of nursing staff. Kathy joined the Rowan Court staff in 2007. She began her career in healthcare as an LNA at the State Hospital in Massachusetts. She served for seven years with the United States Army as a lab Technician; she was employed as an RN in the HIV Unit at Tewskbury, MA, and for a short time, owned her own nurse staffing agency. Kathy has a BA in Education and an RN degree.
Kathy is a single mom of two wonderful girls; Maggie and Katie. Kathy’s desire to introduce her kids to country life brought her to Corinth, Vermont. In her spare time, Kathy likes to ride horses, take a four wheel ride through the woods and read books.
Beverly Sinclair, RN is a graduate of Norwich University with over sixteen (16) years of nursing experience. As Assistant Director of Nursing, Beverly assists the Director of Nursing in providing oversight and clinical direction to a busy nursing department in this 96 bed skilled nursing facility. Beverly has worked in skilled nursing and long term care for nine (9) years, and she enjoys the quality time she can spend with residents. Beverly also brings her therapy dog “Ollie”, her 10-yr. old Bernesaise Mountain dog, to work with her, and Ollie is a favorite of both staff and visitors alike. In her spare time, Beverly enjoys biking, kayaking, and running. She recently entered a 100 mile bike ride to benefit the Norris Cotton Cancer Center at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, a fundraiser she supports every year.
Jason Revoir earned his B.S. degree from the University of Vermont, and his Master's degree from the University of Rhode Island. Prior to coming to Rowan Court, he worked in Northern Vermont in a variety of settings, working with all age groups from young children to the geriatric population. He especially enjoys working with people with acquired language and cognitive disorders, and helping them to return home. Jason is the Program Manager for both the Berlin and the Rowan Court facilities.
Aleks is the Human Resources Manager at Rowan Court. She joined the Rowan Court Management Team in March of 2010. Prior to joining Rowan Court, she worked in Human Resources at a variety of companies in several industries including Information Technology, Alternative Energy and Finance.
She moved to the United States in 2001 from Europe and has since traveled often. Most recently she lived in Portland, Oregon where she completed her Degree in Business from Portland State in 2005. She is currently working toward her MBA as well. In her free time she enjoys being a ski instructor, traveling, windsurfing and being outdoors.
Donna Rouleau, Business Office Manager at Rowan Court, joined the company in 2005 after several years in the Insurance Industry.
Donna began her career in health insurance and held positions as Customer Service Supervisor, Claims and Adjustment Supervisor and Provider Relations and Training Specialist. After a brief hiatus working in the school system, allowing Donna to be on her children’s schedule, she returned to the full time workforce as Rowan’s Office Manager.
Donna brings a wealth of insurance and financial background to her position. In addition to handling the financial accounts and billing, Donna supervises the accounts payable, payroll and Front Office Functions for Rowan Court.
Donna enjoys interacting with the residents every day and feels that coming to work at Rowan Court is like being home.
