James Beeler joined Rowan Court in 2007 as an administrator with over 25 years of health care experience. Jim has a Master's degree from the School of Health Administration and Policy at Arizona State University, and a B.A. in English Literature from Eisenhower College of R.I.T. He has worked as a hospital administrator, a skilled nursing administrator, and an assisted living administrator. As Rowan Court administrator, Jim oversees the management of the center's short-term rehabilitation and long-term programs. His responsibilities include regulatory compliance, operations and marketing and meeting budgetary goals. Jim is also a sought-after speaker regarding pertinent senior topics. One of Jim's primary goals is to enhance customer service in the facility.
Debi Arleth has worked at Rowan Court for the past 20 years in various positions. She accepted the position as Director of Admissions and Marketing in 2006. She has education in Human Services and Psychology. Debi enjoys interior decorating, crafting and working with tools. She has lived in the Barre community all of her life and is currently busy raising her three children.
Jamie Jones joined Revera Health Systems over five years ago at the Berlin facility, and came to Rowan Court in 2006 as the Evening Supervisor, and was promoted soon thereafter to Assistant Director of Nursing. She became the Director of Nursing in early 2008, and has worked hard to assemble an outstanding team of nursing who have been successful in raising clinical standards at the facility. Jamie has prior experience as an LNA and also as an Activities Assistant, and she is firmly committed to maintaining clinical excellence at Rowan Court. Jamie holds an Associates degree from the Vermont Technical College.
Jason Revoir earned his B.S. degree from the University of Vermont, and his Master's degree from the University of Rhode Island. Prior to coming to Rowan Court, he worked in Northern Vermont in a variety of settings, working with all age groups from young children to the geriatric population. He especially enjoys working with people with acquired language and cognitive disorders, and helping them to return home. Jason is the Program Manager for both the Berlin and the Rowan Court facilities.
Sheryl Walsh has worked at Rowan Court as the director of this department for 20 years. She is well-versed in patient rights and other issues of importance to residents and their families. Sheryl works hard to be a resident's rights advocate, and she strives to enhance the quality of life for all residents of the center.
