• ON-SITE DAY CARE
Our on-site child care center offers excellent, low-cost day care for your child. Because CPL subsidizes the center, the fees are extremely affordable, and are based on a sliding scale. Day Care is offered Monday through Friday currently.
• DENTAL PLAN
We offer the option of enrolling in an excellent dental plan, at an affordable cost. Family plans are also available.

All full time employees are provied with a $10,000 life insurance policy. Term Insurance.
• SHORT TERM & SUPPLEMENTAL DISABILITY OPTION
Short Term disability is offered through our beneflex carrier. Short and Long Term Disability is provided to all department heads.
• CAREER SKILLS TRAINING
Our center offers on-site ongoing training for health care professionals through inservice workshops and other activities. We also offer an extensive tuition reimbursment program for all employees who have worked for at least one year.
• TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
We support our employees who want to learn and advance in their careers -- and in life. Are you interested in going back to college? Picking up some credits? We will reimburse you for a portion of your tuition payments. Ask your administrator for more info.
• PAID VACATION
All of our full-time employees receive a generous paid vacation package. The first week’s paid vacation can be taken after the first six months of employment.
• PERSONAL DAYS
All employees are provided three personal days a year.
• PAID HOLIDAYS
All Rowan Court employees are provided with seven paid holidays.
• PAID BEREAVEMENT TIME
We understand that families need to be together in times of grief. After a 6 month probationary period all employees are provided with 3 bereavement days for specific familiy members that have died.
• PAID JURY DUTY
Jury duty is part of being a good citizen. We will continue to pay you your regular salary if you are called upon to serve on a jury.
• DIRECT DEPOSIT OPTION
Enjoy the convenience of NOT having to go to the bank to deposit your paycheck—and having your money available to you immediately.
• "PERFECT ATTENDANCE" REWARDS
We offer financial incentives for perfect
attendance during a given 6-month period.
After six months of perfect attendance, you
will receive a $50 savings bond. Go another
six months without missing a day, and you
will again receive a $50 savings bond. And to
reward you for a full 12 months of perfect
attendance, we will give you an additional
$100 savings bond. Planned vacation time
will not be counted against an employee’s
attendance record -- we want our staff to
enjoy their time off!

Our company newsletter keeps our employees aware and informed of company policies, facility news, current trends in health and nursing care and employee activities. It offers a vehicle for communication between management and staff.
