About Us - Care Philosophy
The mission of Rowan Court Health and Rehabilitation Center is to provide the finest quality health care, rehabilitative and support services to our residents and their families.
Our care approach is patient-centered and involves an integrated program of therapies that address the total well- being of our patients. For each resident, we create an individual care plan and assemble a care team that may include specialists from several areas. The goal is to design a course of treatment and therapy that best meets the needs of the resident.

patient care.
Specialized Care Programs
Many of our residents need specialized
care. At Rowan Court we offer a variety
of programs and services to meet these
needs. Our services include a program
for residents with dementia and
Alzheimers, a restorative feeding
program that emphasizes nutrition and
weight maintenance, a respiratory care
program, and a specialized wound care
program to help residents stay
infection-free.
